A duration split into units, as returned by msToParts and accepted (partially) by partsToMs. Each unit is a whole number, and isNegative is true for a negative duration.

The units parseDuration understands: nanoseconds, microseconds, milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours, days and weeks.
